License Plate Fundraiser

How it works,

1.      If you have a new vehicle there is no added charge for the license plate.  Simply ask for an Organizational Specialty plate.

2.      If you already have a plate on your car you must take it into the County Treasurer’s office and surrender it, and then pay a $10.00 fee to get the new plate.

3.      You then contact Kevin Bray (665-2775) or stop by our concession stands at the Summit Center or Lewis and Clark Soccer Park (during the season) to get your stickers to affix to your plates, at a cost of $20.00.  This entire amount goes to YYSA for fundraising.

4.      If you sell your vehicle to a dealer then there is no cost, and you take the plates with you to transfer to another vehicle if you like.  However, if you sell your car to a private party, you keep the plates but you must obtain a $15.00 temporary plate from the County Treasurer for the purchaser of the vehicle to use for 15 days while they get their new plates for the vehicle.
