A game will be rescheduled only when a majority of players cannot attend. Parents of said players will be contacted to confirm they cannot play in the originally scheduled game. A game will not be rescheduled due to one coach not being able to attend, an assistant coach or a parent should be asked to temporarily fill in.

Rec levels of U10 and above must complete the form below in order to reschedule a game.  This is necessary in order to get a field and referee(s) scheduled for your game.
