2010 YSI Tournament Information

The Yankton Youth Soccer Association and the Yankton Soccer Club welcome you to the 6^th annual Yankton Soccer Invitational Tournament and to Yankton, the historical capital of the Dakotas. 

YYSA is pleased to announce 60 teams ranging in age from U10 to U19 have entered this year’s tournament. Registration for all teams ages U10-U19 be held at Lewis and Clark Soccer Complex from 4-8 pm Friday evening and 6:30-9:30 am Saturday morning.  Games will be held at Fantle Memorial Park for our U10 teams. Memorial Park is located at the intersection of 19th and Douglas in the city of Yankton. Games will be held at the Lewis and Clark Soccer Park for U11-U19 teams. LCSP is located at the intersection of 31^st Street and Highway 81 north of Wal-Mart. The soccer complex is home to some of the oldest trees and historic buildings in South Dakota.  Smoking and alcohol consumption on the campus is prohibited.  Parking is prohibited along the roadways of the campus.  There will be designated parking lots available for the tournament.  If you are unsure of where to park, please ask the parking attendants as you drive in. We offer free parking, but accept donations to cover costs. We will have portable toilets, plus indoor restrooms in the brown chapel center.  In the event of severe weather, the chapel is available for emergency shelter.  The chapel is air conditioned if medical needs or age/disabilities require cool weather.  Let tournament officials, field marshals or parking attendants know if you need a golf cart ride anywhere.  We are pleased to have you participate in the tournament, and would like to assist you in every way possible.
